South Dalota Legislature Removes Abortion as a Choice for Less-Priviledged Women

Kansas Equality Includes Public Accomodations

Kansas includes public accomodations in SB53.  See Kansas Equality Coalition's website for details not listed here ( http://www.kansasequalitycoalition.org/ ).  They are also pushing SB56, a bill to finally repeal the State's anti-sodomy bill which remains on the books (and for which one could still be arrested) despite Lawrence v. Texas.
