Wisconsin spent precious time yesterday – during what is supposed to be a special session focused on jobs – arguing on the floor of their congress to end comprehensive, evidence based sex-education with SB 237: Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald (R-Juneau) and bill author Sen. Between 2004 and 2009 the openly anti-gay, politically active, Christian based,Iowa Family Policy Center (IFPC) received over $3 million in federal grantsthrough the Administration for Children and Families’ Compassion Capital fund and Healthy Marriage Demonstration fund, subsidiaries of the US Department of Health and Human Services.
