Firedoglake has obtained a portion of Peter Getty’s deposition, centering around his drug use and the circumstances involved in the breaking of his wife’s arm. Jacqui Getty’s attorney will introduce the deposition in which Peter Getty discusses his drug use, including cocaine, marijuana and psilocybin mushrooms. In an earlier declaration, Jacqui claims her husband broke her arm while he was so high his nose was bleeding.
