How long will it take to receive my member reward(s)?

Your rewards for membership will arrive within 4 weeks of joining the program. If after 4 weeks you have not received an item you are supposed to be rewarded, please contact the membership program by email, fdlmembership@gmail.com.
 

How long does my membership last?

Your membership will last one year. You have the option to have your membership automatically renewed for the following year, or you can manually renew your membership.

Who is Gosprey?

John Phillips Britton, who was known through FDL as ‘Gosprey,’ passed away a year ago. It was his suggestion to have a membership circle, and thus why we have decided to name it after him. He was an avid commenter and a real influence on the shape that FDL holds today.

How do I cancel my membership?

ALL membership contributions are final after 30 days. If you wish to cancel your membership within the first 30 days, call the membership program, 202-506-3907 (open Monday thru Friday, 9:30am EST – 6:00pm EST), ask for Ryan Cook. If you you wish to cancel your recurring membership renewal before you are charged please email fdlmembership@gmail.com and request to STOP RECURRING PAYMENTS. You can cancel a recurring membership up to 10 days before the renewal date.
 

How long do I have to receive a refund for my membership contribution?

You will have 30 days from the date that your payment was submitted to cancel. You will receive a refund within 30 days after cancellation.
