Any candidate for United States Representative in 2010 who wishes to be on our active candidate list prior to qualifying for office or making ballot position need only file at any time copy of the Statement of Candidacy filed with the Federal Election Commission with the Division of Elections. Alternatively, you may file a letter with the Division of Elections asking to be placed on our active candidate list. The letter should include the name of the candidate, address, party affiliation, office sought. The information can be faxed (850-245-6260) or mailed to:
