| Signature/Forms: | Every candidate must simultaneously file a STATEMENT OF ECONOMIC INTERESTS form upon filing as a candidate with the appropriate election official. [§36-25-15] During a campaign cycle, contribution/expenditure reports are filed 50-45 days before and again 10-5 days before the primary; 10-5 days before the primary run-off; and 50-45 days before and 10-5 days before the general election. An annual report covering the previous year is required in January.
