Dutch unwillingness to set out details of warning has led to growing suspicion

Asked if the government had warned the appropriate airlines about the increased risk of using Ukrainian airspace after the An-26 attack, foreign minister Bert Koenders and justice minister Ivo Opstelten replied it had not.
Their reasoning, they told deputies in a written statement, had been that in their view the purpose of the Kiev briefing was to alert the international community to Russian “meddling” in Ukraine – rather than to warn specifically about the increased danger in Ukrainian air space.

“The bringing down of a Ukrainian aircraft earlier in the day was mentioned by the Ukrainian minister of foreign affairs only as an example of an escalation in the conflict, and Russia’s role in it,” they said.
Asked if he would publish the diplomat’s report of the Kiev briefing, Koenders said it had not been an actual report, as such, more “diplomatic traffic”. Publishing it would set a damaging precedent.

Scenting blood, the opposition then switched their attention to the prime minister, formally requesting him to publish the diplomat’s report or assessment, in whatever form it was made. In a decision certain to fuel the conspiracy theories, Rutte has refused.

It won’t end there, of course. Already, Christian Democrat deputy Pieter Omtzigt has complained that all the explanations so far have been insufficient – and in the absence of the diplomat’s report, he is indisputably correct.
“It is clear that multiple ministries were aware of the security situation,” he told parliament. “I want to know exactly what information was shared – and with whom.”

Off course trajectory of debris field proves that MH-17 deviated 14 miles to the left.

This is detailed analysis of the angle of the debris field and range of the US cited BUK missile system that the United States believes brought down flight MH-17. There are numerous fallacies related to the US’s inadequate presentation, including the range of the cited BUK system in relation to the crash site as well as the angle of the debris field which doesn’t correlate to the flight path. It is off course by 90 degrees to the left.

This deviation correlates to what the Russian government cited during their civilian radar presentation of the air space, which was released 4 days after MH-17 came down. They state that MH-17 made a 14 mile deviation from course and was trailed by a ‘rising’ fighter jet.


Additionally there are other inconsistent anomalies that are being revealed in relation to the ‘official’ version of the shoot down of MH-17 as cited by the United States. Proper investigation requires also looking for ‘that which is not there’ in relation to physics.

The left wing of MH-17 shows no sign of a shrapnel blast. The only heavy shrapnel blast damage is around the pilots cockpit window, which is improbable in light of the fact that a BUK missile detonates in proximity and not directly upon a target. The missile detonates by proximity fuse at an approximately distance of 70 feet from the target. It normally targets the larger part of an object due to it’s radar. The probability of a detonation 70 feet distant that creates a massive hole right upon the pilot seat lower window requires astronomically impossible odds.

The dispersion of the fragments of the warhead occurs in a 360 degree arc with shrapnel fragments of various sizes. It is highly improbable that the largest fragment would hit directly at the pilots seat and leave a massive hole that is significantly larger than all other fragmentation pieces from a distance of 70 feet.

The blast would also send shrapnel directly into the oncoming portion of the plane which was moving towards the blast area at 500 miles an hour. With the detonation occurring roughly 70 feet to the left of the cockpit, the left wing would have gone directly into the blast and been splattered with shrapnel. However, there is no shrapnel damage apparent to the left wing as proven by the most comprehensive photo collection related to MH-17 and the wing in almost fully intact. Notice the angle of the damage and how a portion has bubbled up in the center due to wind flow into the hole.

Note that debris moving backwards form the cockpit would most likely not make an angle as such due to the excessively high wind speed. Debris would be blown straight backwards.

There is speculation that a MIG-29 (which can easily reach the altitude) hid in the pocket to the back left wing and hit the pilot with 30mm cannon fire.



German Pilot Peter Haisenko’s expert aviation analysis of the damage to MH-17.


He notes that the climbing height of an SU-25 was changed from 10,000 meters to 7,000 meters on wikipedia the day before the shoot down. This is the reason many speculate it was an SU-25 that brought the jet down, however there is also the possibility it was a MIG-29.

This article explains how a missile actually ignites wreckage in air due to heat friction. A flaming fireball while airborne was not witnessed. The plane exploded on the ground. Therefore, once again, a missile exploding next to the front fuselage is not probable. Original article in German.

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, at the time of the crash of Boing 777 in the skies over Ukraine on July 17 near the borderline was a Ukrainian Air Force plane, presumably Su-25.
Distance of the Ukrainian Su-25 from Boing 777 amounted to five kilometers, which fits into the range parameters of “air-to-air” missiles, which such aircraft are equipped with.

Evidence showing that the US’s presented ‘social media evidence’ is based upon deception.

Here is the Russian audio analysis of the manufactured recording. Unfortunately there are currently no subtitled english versions available. I am working on getting one. The audio recording was spliced incorrectly and it is easy to see how it was cut and pasted in a studio using basic audio software. Essentially Kiev did what any voiceover studio does. They made a little mini commercial with two VO actors sitting in front of microphones while an engineer stopped and started the recording….. but they made a pretty lousy incorrectly digitally spliced audio product. The recording is definitely fake and was made in a studio. With further analysis it may be possible to even determine the type of microphone used through audio frequency analysis. The microphones used were definitely not cell phone mics due to the width/fatness of the audio signal.

Additional eye witness testimony from Ukrainian Buk missile system #312 operator who explains that it was not a Russian system that the US cited was used in the attack. He says it couldn’t have been as that system was a Ukrainian system with which he was deployed.

This witness testimony proves that the US was wrong to cite that Buk system #312 was used to shoot down MH-17.


Former Ukrainian serviceman that was a team member of BUK system #312 claims the US information is inaccurate. He proves that he worked on BUK #312 as a Ukrainian soldier and states that particular BUK system was not a Russian Buk as stated by the US State department. He claims it was manned by Ukrainian military personnel.

He isn’t saying that he knows who shot down MH-17. What he is saying is that he was a former team member of the BUK that the US claimed came from Russia. He provides proof with documents and photos that the BUK #312 was actually a Ukrainian army unit and he was previously deployed with it, therefore his testimony proves that the Kiev spokesperson lied when they said they didn’t have any BUks in the combat zone and that Russia supplied the BUK.

This scenario fits the scenario that US reporter Robert Parry put forth on July 19th, two days after the shootdown, when he wrote:

Regarding the shoot-down of the Malaysian jetliner on Thursday, I’m told that some CIA analysts cite U.S. satellite reconnaissance photos suggesting that the anti-aircraft missile that brought down Flight 17 was fired by Ukrainian troops from a government battery, not by ethnic Russian rebels who have been resisting the regime in Kiev since elected President Viktor Yanukovych was overthrown on Feb. 22.

According to a source briefed on the tentative findings, the soldiers manning the battery appeared to be wearing Ukrainian uniforms and may have been drinking, since what looked like beer bottles were scattered around the site. But the source added that the information was still incomplete and the analysts did not rule out the possibility of rebel responsibility.

In the “case of Malaysian Boeing MH-17 ” a “secret witness” has stepped forward whose testimony refutes all charges against the Eastern Ukrainian separatists and Russia. And explains the mysterious behavior of Western experts who have gone completely silent on the issue.

This man came to the editorial office of “Komsomolskaya Pravda” by himself. His papers were verified – he is not an actor and not a fake person. His personal information cannot yet be revealed – he still has relatives in Ukraine and is afraid of revenge and blackmail. Judging by what Alexander (made up name) exposed, the fear is substantiated. This is a transcript of the conversation:
– Where were you on July 17, 2014, the day Malaysian Boeing was shot down?

– I was on the territory of Ukraine, in the city of Dnepropetrovsk, the village Aviatorskoye. It is a regular airport. There at this time were based fighter jets and helicopters. Planes regularly flew on bombing missions, Su-25 attack aircraft bombed Donetsk, Lugansk. This lasted a long time.

– The aircraft flew every day?

– Daily.

– Why did you assume that these airplanes could be related to the downing of the “Boeing”?

– A few reasons. Out of the eight airplanes, which were based there, only two had “air-to-air” missiles. They were suspended.

– Why? Were there any aircraft battles in the air?

– No, the aircraft was fitted with missiles to cover themselves in the air. Just in case. Mostly they had air-to-ground ammunition. NURS, bombs.

-Tell us about July 17.

– Airplanes flew regularly. All day since the morning. In the afternoon, about an hour before the downing of the “Boeing”, three attack fighters were raised into the air. I don’t remember the exact time. One of the airplanes was equipped with such missiles. It was a Su-25.

– Have you personally seen it?

– Yes.

– Where was your vantage point?

– On site. Cannot tell you exactly.

– Did you have an opportunity to see specifically what the pylons of the aircraft where fitted with? Could you confuse “air-to-air” and “air-to-ground” missiles?

– No, I couldn’t confuse it. They vary in size, plumage, coloration. With a guidance head. Very easy to recognize. Anyway, after a short time, only one airplane returned, two were shot down. Somewhere in the East of Ukraine, I was told. The airplane that came back, was the one with those suspended missiles.

– It returned without the missiles?

– Without the missiles. That pilot was very scared.

– Do you know this pilot, have you seen him?

– Yes.

– Can you tell us his name?

– Last name Voloshin.

– Was he alone in the airplane?

– Yes. The airplane is designed for one person.

– Do you know his name?

– Vladislav, I think. Don’t remember exactly. Captain.

– Captain Voloshin came back. What happened next?

– Came back with blank ammunition.

– No missiles left?

– Yes.

OSCE monitor tells CBC Canada that MH-17 cockpit has holes made by heavy machine gun fire

More information is coming to light that doesn’t match the early massive media push by the Kiev junta and the US media and government. The cockpit fuselage of MH-17 shows a clear pattern of spherical holes consistent with those made by a high caliber machine gun…..not a missile. OSCE monitor statement on verification of heavy machine gun fire and no sign of a missile strike at 6:11 mark in the video. This report has been aired in Malyasia, Australia and Canada. It has not been shown in the United States.

Previous US media reports which denigrated the east Ukrainian rebels have been found to be false as proven by the fact the lead Dutch investigator actually gave the rebels high praise for their work taking care of the bodies of victims and securing the crash site.

The Kiev regime as well as John McCain and John Kerry have also been caught in an outright lie by stating that the Kiev regime did not possess any BuK missile systems and did not have them in the war zone. That falsity has now been completely debunked at this point as the AP photographed the Ukrainian military with BuK’s near Slavyansk (not far from where the plane went down) and used them in a story on July 4th. The logical question one should ask is “if the rebels had no planes, why did the Kiev junta need BuK’s and why did they lie about them?

From the moment the US and Kiev came out with the massive media barrage aimed against Russia and the rebels before that plane had even barely hit the ground it was obvious something was amiss. It all seemed too planned and contrived. Now we are seeing evidence that doesn’t match the official US pushed narrative. No wonder the US government won’t release the official government radar and satellite data they have. They know it incriminates themselves and brings the entire Ukraine coup fiasco to a halt. This is what happens when you jump into bed with nazis. And yes they still are Nazis and that includes Poroshenko who personally financed the Azov battalion before and after Maidan.

There are numerous inconsistencies related to MH-17 which the western press has decided not to look into. There is no talk whatsoever of the investigation in the US and UK press. The western media has gone completely silent.

Ironically, the only groups asking for a complete investigation of all related information are the ethnic Russian separatists in Ukraine and the Russian government. It is unprecedented that an accused governmental body requests a fuller investigation of what they are accused of while the accusing parties would rather not investigate further or at all…..especially in light of the fact that there is available high tech evidence that the Russians have that could aid in solving the case. Why would this evidence not even be considered? The US State Department refuses to acknowledge said evidence exists. They instead imply the Russians are being deceptive.

How could the Russians fabricate such evidence in such a short period of time? It isn’t likely and the real time radar presentation is verifiably accurate in regards to all other commercial aircraft in the Ukrainian airspace as well as verifiable timeframes on July 17th. There is a strong possibility this evidence could not be faked. It is far too comprehensive. Compare this to the US presentation which showed blurry black and white still images with no verifiable timeframes or geo stats….the Russian presentation was quite impressive and would normally be much more accepting as evidence in a court of law due to it’s substantial serious hi-tech nature.

The lead Dutch investigator on the scene also gave the rebels very high praise:



Peter van Vliet, leader of a 3-man team of Dutch body identification experts, the first international investigators to visit the crash area, said his priority would be getting hundreds of bodies now stored in refrigerated rail cars to a location where they can be identified and sent home. Despite reports that some of the bodies may have been looted and were never properly secured during days lying out in summer sun, van Vliet expressed admiration for the recovery crews that gathered them.

“I’m very impressed about the work that was done over here,” he said after inspecting the main crash site, where bodies were still being found a day earlier pinned under chunks of aircraft wreckage. Citing the heat and the scale of the site, he said: “I think they did a hell of a job in a hell of a place.”

Earlier, van Vliet visited refrigerated railway cars where the bodies have been collected and said he was happy with how they were being stored.

The above 3 examples paint a picture very different than the narrative put forth by the US and UK media. They expose and prove that the opposite to what the US and UK media reported actually occurred. The rebels were helpful and professional and they were not thieves.

Now we have established that the US and UK media have been lying, omitting and covering up information in regards to events in Ukraine and that known nazis inhabit and are financed by the Ukrainian military, the next logical question should be “is it possible that these nazis are capable of conducting a false flag operation which would kill hundreds of innocent civilians in order to blame the rebels and gain support from it’s western sponsors and is it possible the US and UK media are covering up such an atrocity?”

There is a strong reason to believe that the Ukrainian military could have shot down MH-17 intentionally.
