– A committee of the United Nations found  ISIS guilty of crimes against civilians and torture.

– Juan Cole: “Angry Jordanian Crowds Rally over ISIL Murder of Pilot, but some blame US, King

– The U.S. may say the war in Afghanistan is over, but contractors do not see that at all.

– Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said the country does not need an atomic bomb

– Hamas will open a seaport to conduct trade with other countries, yet Israel will not be too happy with the decision and will be keeping a close eye on the matter

– The United Arab Emirates stopped launching air strikes against ISIS, which may be as a result of the death of a Jordanian pilot.
