Hey there folks! How are you doing today?

International Politics

– A favorite term for imperialists is “human rights” because who wants to oppose human rights? No one and that is what makes their campaign so outrageous.

– President Barack Obama: Russian President Vladimir Putin is not a chess master considering he is facing a multitude of problems

– On Saturday, at least 12 people were killed by bombs across Iraq with no suspects named so far.

– Syria is worried about a decline in oil from Iran as the government relies on it for fuel; Wow, so many more effects from the decline in oil

– Qatar announced it would provide “full support” for the Egyptian military government; Interesting

– Iraqi officials charged the U.S. with selling them old helicopters that are easily destroyed by Islamic State militants

– In 2011, the West decided to intervene in Libya because they were concerned with the lack of democracy. This year, the country is still without any democracy and the West is not concerned anymore; Funny that

– To prevent gentrification, the city of Paris will take a more active role in which houses are sold to people

– As much as we can joke about moving to Canada should things get worse in the U.S., the Canadian government is pushing forth a xenophobic narrative in cementing its power

Surveillance Planet

– It looks like “The Interview” may or may not be coming out at this point. How is the FBI investigation going into the hackers, you may ask? The hackers taunted the agency by linking to a video repeating “You are an idiot.”

– North Korea, meanwhile, pledged to assist the U.S. government in finding out the identity of the hackers
