Late Night: Larry Klayman Loses Another Lawsuit Fight

You may have read about this at Wonkette or The Raw Story, but Sally Jo Sorensen of Bluestem Prairie had it first:

Larry Klayman may have more time to foment his Second American Revolution after all.

According to an order posted on the case docket early this morning:

ORDER. 15 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim is granted to the extent provided in this Order. 14 Amended complaint is dismissed without prejudice. Second amended complaint is due 12/5/13. Signed by Chief Judge Anne C. Conway on 11/15/2013. (LAK) (Entered: 11/15/2013)

The Motion to Dismiss can be read here.

Bluestem has been doing signal work on this story, with recent updates here and here. Another recent post deals with both Klayman and his ally Bradlee Dean. Once again, Sally Jo Sorensen shows why she’s the best blogger in Minnesota.
