Cartoon Friday Watercooler

Puppycat Mouth Char

What a sweet kitty … or puppy.

It’s Cartoon Friday, again!

Bee and Puppycat is a 2-part cartoon from Cartoon Hangover, the same folks that brought us Bravest Warriors. From the YouTube description:

Bee, a reluctant hero, becomes entangled in the adventures of a puppy (…or is he a cat?) as they travel between reality and the void of Fishbowl Space. Created by Natasha Allegri, character designer and storyboard artist for Adventure Time. We can neither confirm nor deny the autobiographical nature of Bee & Puppycat.

The creator of Adventure Time, Pendleton Ward, also created Bravest Warriors.

I enjoyed the charmingly weird characters Allegri created in Bee & Puppycat, and the colorful look of this ‘toon. I particularly liked the opening rain sequence in Part 1 and Puppycat’s song in Part 2..

All of Cartoon Hangover’s offerings are free and online, so check out the complete first season of Bravest Warriors. Below, you’ll find the conclusion to Bee and Puppycat:

What are your favorite cartoons? I’ll try to use one in a future installment.
