Tea Party Brand Slips Further

Public support for the so called “Tea Party” is now the worst it has ever been and it appears the brand is on a clear downward trend. Few identify with the movement while many more consider themselves to be opponents of it. From Gallup:

The big drop in support came from Republicans. Back in 2010, 65 percent of Republicans identified with the Tea Party, now only 38 percent consider them part of it.
