Good morning.

Topics today are what you’d expect, immigration, DOMA and Prop 8, but not much specifically on the Voting Rights case out of Texas. A little bit NSA coverage, Julian Assange will be on with George Stephanopoulos.

Texas state Senator Wendy Davis is booked on several shows today, although on its website ABC in particular is rather dismissive, referring to “her fifteen minutes of fame.” Would they have said that about a male up-and-comer? Kit O’Connell was there in the chamber for the filibuster Tuesday night, I tuned in towards the end, the excitement was real and it was powerful.
