Kicked off of the air on CNN, Bryan Fischer says: CNN is ‘What the Gay Gestapo Looks Like in Action’
The tide has turned and hate and junk science purveyors like Bryan Fischer of the American Family Association need to be prepared to be tossed off the air (CNN’s Carol Costello had enough of his foolishness the other day). Now Fischer is foaming at the mouth — and TEH HOMO is to blame.
If only I had the power that Mr. Fischer believes I have to make the mainstream media do my evil bidding. Fischer went on his own program to go apesh*t (People for the American Way’s Right Wing Watch):
Fischer made multiple references to the “gay gestapo,” proclaiming that “the stormtroopers of the homosexual movement” and “the Nazis in the gay gestapo” will punish anyone who says that “the true fact that homosexuality is immoral, it is unnatural, and it is unhealthy – that is a simple, straightforward statement of fact” because “it is a crime of blasphemy against the god of gayness”:
Cable news network producers/bookers — do not pick up the phone to put this fool on the air. He has no legitimacy to present a rational, relevant or even remotely sane anti-equality perspective worth listening to. And that goes for the more smooth and polished Tony Perkins of the American Family Association. Just because he shows up in a three-piece suit and is a Beltway staple, that doesn’t mean his junk science and vile homophobia needs air time.
