Andrew Breitbart’s Big Death

I am neither happy nor pleased that Andrew Breitbart died.  I think that there are enough people in the world whose lives and livelihoods he destroyed in pursuit of promoting and enriching himself to fill that hallelujah chorus. He was the conservative’s best friend for the battles he took on, and their worst enemy because of the manner in which he did it. Suffice it to say that he was the Joseph McCarthy of the digital age.

Having said that, I am happy that his passing will throw into disarray the lives of the collection of bullies and half-wits with which he populated his Big sites. Without Andrew’s high profile bombast promoting his sites and pushing their careers, they can expect a quick trip back to the obscurity they all so richly deserve.

To which I say… amen. And bless his heart.

Also. Too.
