Many in the Trans community have become more and more dissatisfied with the LGB’s who as far as the Ts are concerned sometimes throw them under the bus or conveniently forget when being activists for various causes. One only has to go to any blog or website dealing the Trans community see the contempt which is becoming more and more pervasive towards LGBs for the perceived lack of support.

DADT now with its place in the history books is still a sore point with Trans people. Which leads to the question and I ask with full expectation of being slammed for even asking what many wouldn’t dare in an open forum but it is one which needs to be asked for a better understanding of how Ts could serve openly and what accommodations the military would need to provide for openly serving Trans people.

If someone who is Trans would they openly serve as questioning, pre-op, post-op or all of the three ?

It’s a fair question to ask, then perhaps LGBs can be better guided to aide in the last bastion of DADT.
