Such times as this, I am feeling like Dickens. Have you ever thought some one next to you would clap for execution?
On Saturday morning we talk and there are so many here that have good thoughts and we are able to be a community that is worth being part of. Today I am so sad for us all, that I want some advice.
I am making a decision about where to live. I am in North Central Texas. In my voting district, the progressive Dem I worked for was defeated twice, both times with a proportion of the vote that was exactly identical in every poll, in every part of the district. The country part, the Austin College part, the manufacturing part. Yep, the figures are the same.
Sometimes reality bites. These are fixed.
I am 67 years old. I have worked all my life, and made a decent living. Now I am retired, and I have put away enough to live on. I don’t want to support a life style that makes it possible to be against a decent life style for anyone else. I am so torn up. What do you think?
