Propaganda used to be an actual, respected science. You can search google scholar (if you aren’t familiar with google scholar, please start playing around with it soon) here and see the old research:

Around the 60’s, it started being despised. Later, it was “reinvented” as this:

Sandman and his students try to use this science to better the world, but I doubt the MOTU don’t have their own “risk communication” experts telling tweedle dee and tweedle dum what to say.
