SEAL Team Six Book Sales Soar, Movie Project Revs Up

SEAL Team Six: Memoirs of an Elite Navy SEAL Sniper invades stores this week ahead of of its scheduled May 24 release to capitalize on the killing of Osama bin Laden.

And last week, the mega-agency CAA was signed on to handle the movie rights, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Wow, talk about foreshadowing!

Seal Team Six— by authors Howard Wasdin a member of ST6 in the ’90s, and Professor Stephen Templin, a Navy vet who teaches at Meio University in Japan–has seen its first edition run almost quadruple according to a rep for St. Martins, the book’ publisher.

Since May 1, pre-orders for SEAL Team Six on Amazon have put the book in the number 5 spot on web-tailer’s  site. And THR reports that a series of novel’s by the Templin are in the works.
