Watch: In My Shoes (Following Youth with LGBTQ Parents)

Gather your family and make some popcorn!

In celebration of COLAGE’s upcoming Voices Raised! Leadership Summit we’re proud to stream the full-length version of our award winning film In My Shoes!

In My Shoes follows five youth who have lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer parents as they share their stories and give you a glimpse into their family life. It won the Audience Award for Best Short Film at the San Francisco International LGBT Film Festival, 2005!

“COLAGE has helped me to find my voice and feel empowered to educate others about the injustices that my family has faced, and how important it is to fight for change now.” – Marina Gatto, star of In My Shoes.

With your continued support, COLAGE can continue to amplify the voices of young people who have LGBTQ parents.

Now, more than ever, it is vital for our families to share our stories and talk about why equality matters to us. We know that when families like yours speak out, many politicians do change their votes to favor of full equality.

COLAGE is a national, youth-driven network of people with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer parents.
