House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) announced on Friday that he was spearheading a process that will, ultimately, witness the House of Representatives taking over the legal responsibilities of arguing for the constitutionality of the Defense of Marriage Act.

This quote from the article still confuses me but it’s troubling:

The announcement comes less than two weeks after the Obama administration’s Department of Justice removed itself from the case, declaring that it had determined the law — which dictates that the federal government can only recognize a state-sanctioned marriage between a man and a woman — to be unconstitutional.

In the midst of general wrangling of the budget issue which have become an eternal flame of death we the people have to live thru . . . in the midst of other states budget issues and GOP GOvernor malfeasance, in the midst of a growing and unifying collective of the masses who are PISSED OFF about all this shit, the fucking Boner and the GOP think they can PRESS their issues to further ruin the have nots and the unemployed masses, at the behest of the corporate fascists who pay their salaries, rents, mortgages, n mistress, these fuclion ass hats want to wage on ME? on US?
