All right, my FDL’ers. Time for some devil’s advocate questions:

Given the furious action by Congress over the last week or so, and the fact that progressives have seen some long-awaited legislative agendas get through – shouldn’t we feel good?

Is it possible that since we’ve justifiably turned on Obama over major sellouts on health care, tax cuts, climate change, etc, that we’re unable to congratulate him and the Democrats when they finally do get something right?

Going a step further, is it possible for us to feel good about our own efforts in attacking Obama – that maybe they had something to do with the accomplishments of the last week? And does this mean we should keep the heat on Obama no matter what he does?

What’s on your mind tonight?
