I guess President Obama is right in a sense, this country was founded on compromise. I wonder though, what his thoughts are on the 3/5ths compromise of the Constitution? Was that a good idea? Morally acceptable? Pragmatic?

By Obama’s twisted logic of compromise for compromise’s sake, any one opposed to counting african-americans as 3/5th a person is just shrill and unreasonable.
