The Price of Bowing to Satan to Gain the World
Monday Preaching Part 2 of a series
Jesus as we all know was tempted by Satan and told that if only Jesus would bow to Satan then Satan would give him the world.
Jesus refused why because the wages of sin are Death. Greed is not good but Greed’s brother Gluttony is who we talk about today.
The Rich might kill the Meek yes but the Rich will always find a new Meek. Why they need servants so that they may not work plus they need someone to oppress.
The Rich need a Meek separate from their own people by race, religion or just the misfortune of being poor the thing is the rulers and the middle class must dislike them. Why because to help their cries of hunger or cries for justice then the Rich and Middle Class would have to stop oppressing them and give of their own table.
And nobody ensnared by Gluttony can do that why rock the boat if your getting a free ride?
As Societies get richer the dislike grows because we have yet to find a rich society that does not fall to Gluttony.
But if the wages of Sin are Death then long life and being fruitful are proof enough that the Lord Favors you.
Lets look at Subway the latest *cough* Healthfood
Have you ever heard the joke about the 200 pound woman at Mcdonalds who orders a Super sized diet coke and large fry? The counter person says would you like a burger with that and she says no I’m just eating vegetables today I’m dieting.
It does not matter where your calories come from even if they are vegtables fried in vegatable oil. Or even if they are from a *cough* Subway Sandwhich.
You need fruit you need vegetables and you need to exercise. You need the right kind of vegetables and fruit not french fries, sweetcorn etc.
The most popular fruits and vegetables — corn, potatoes, iceberg lettuce, apples and bananas — aren’t as rich in nutrients as other foods. Research shows that eating fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, betacarotene and fiber – the so-called "powerhouse" fruits and veggies — reduces the risk of chronic diseases.
But even those guidelines can be confusing so Nanney suggests thinking about color to pack nutritional power in your diet:
• White: Eat cauliflower more often than potatoes, onions and mushrooms.
• Green: Add more dark lettuces, such as romaine and red leaf lettuce, spinach, broccoli and Brussels sprouts to replace iceberg lettuce and green beans.
• Yellow-orange: Substitute more carrots, winter squashes, sweet potatoes, cantaloupe, oranges and grapefruit for corn or bananas.
• Red: Select tomatoes, red peppers and strawberries in favor of apples.
Only 33 per cent of adult Americans ate fruit two or more times a day (recommendation is for nine servings per day).
• Men eat more fruit than women.
• Seniors eating more fruit than 35 to 44 year olds
• Hispanics eating more fruit than all other racial/ethnic groups
• Non-Hispanic whites eat the least amount of fruits
• College graduates eat more fruit than those with lower education levels
• People earning more than 50,000 US dollars a year eat more fruit than those earning less
• People who are neither obese nor overweight (Body Mass Index less than 25) eat the most fruit of any group
• Obese people (BMI over 30) eat the least amount of fruit.
We could go on and on about how eating Fast Food and Processed food causes heart attacks, strokes,diabetes, fertility problems etc.
Lets focus on the *cough* healthy fast food the great Deceiver Subway!
In keeping with the theory of Healthy Relativity choosing a subway sandwich over a Big Mac is kind of like jumping out of the window on the 30th floor instead of the 40th. The end result is the pretty much the same as the state of our nation’s health glaringly reflects. It might come as a shock to learn that the many common Subway sandwiches are actually higher in calories than some standard orders from McDonalds. A Big Mac clocks in at 540 calories, with 29 grams of fat and a double quarter pounder with cheese comes in at 740 calories with 42 grams of fat. Pretty bad numbers by any measure, but Subway’s fare is even worse. A foot long Low Fat Chicken Sandwich has 640 calories and 9 grams of fat, while a Low Fat sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Sandwich has a whooping 760 calories with 9 grams of fat. If you really want to push it, have a foot long Big Philly Cheese steak, Chicken and Bacon Ranch, Meatball Marinara or Tuna Sandwich. All will add almost 1000 calories or more to your diet
Considering that the average caloric intake for an adult male or female to stay in good shape is anywhere from 1200 calories to 2000 calories, the damage done by a thousand calorie sandwich is considerable.
So How Did Jared Fogle Lose Weight Eating Subway Sandwiches?
Helping people lose weight is what I do for a living as a personal trainer, and with almost two decades of working with hundreds of people, I can say with authority that if you exercised (as Jared did) and chose items on the menu from McDonalds, you could lose weight if your caloric intake and energy expenditure was properly monitored
Now then just who is eating Meek and living longer and Multiplying The Asians are living the longest and growing by birth and immigration. Their healthy vegetable diet is well documented.
The fastest growing race groups will continue to be the Asian and Pacific Islander population with annual growth rates that may exceed 4 percent during the 1990’s. By the turn of the century, the Asian and Pacific Islander population would expand to over 12 million, double its current size by 2010, triple by 2020, and increase to more than 5 times its current size, to 41 million by 2050.
Growth of the Hispanic-origin population will probably be a major element of the total population growth.
According to the middle series, the Hispanic-origin population would be the largest growing group. By 2000, the Hispanic-origin population may increase to 31 million, double its 1990 size by 2015, and quadruple its 1990 size by the middle of the next century. In fact, the Hispanic-origin population would contribute 32 percent of the Nation’s population growth from 1990 to 2000, 39 percent from 2000 to 2010, 45 percent from 2010 to 2030, and 60 percent from 2030 to 2050.
Future fertility and immigration may play major roles in the Nation’s growth.
The two major components driving the population growth are fertility (births) and net immigration. In the middle series, the number of births is projected to decrease slightly as the century ends and then increase progressively throughout the projection period. After 2011, the number of births each year would exceed the highest annual number of births ever achieved in the United States.
Almost one-third of the current population growth is caused by net immigration. By 2000, the Nation’s population is pro-jected to be 8 million larger than it would have been if there were no net immigration after July 1, 1992. By 2050, this difference would increase to 82 million. In fact, about 86 percent of the population growth during the year 2050 may be due to the effects of post-1992 net immigration.
However it may surprise you to learn that Hispanics are next and that despite being the least able to afford healthcare our first generation immigrants live the longest.
Why its not race its diet is my theory.

In the United States, Hispanics, despite their socio-economic hurdles, on average live longer than blacks by seven years, and whites by five years,
“With the immigrants, the first generation has healthier habits: less driving, less smoking, less fast foods, more walking,” she told HispanicBusiness.com. “As the second-generation Hispanic families happen, they pick up the Western — the American — lifestyle.”
We are White, Indian and even part African I have very thick lips for example. But we live longer than anyone but the Asians. Now imagine how our lifespan numbers would jump if we had healthcare at the same rates the Asians did:)
The Curse of the Meek on the Rich the Bible mentions my theory is that its food, rich food!
That and laziness immigrants get the hardest jobs so they exercise more diet eating more of the right fruits and vegetables a Subway Sub with a few veggies does not cut it and exercise hard exercise gives you long life and many kids.
