Super Lulu starring Little Lulu.  This Famous Studios cartoon was released on November 21, 1947.

Directed by Bill Tytla.  Produced by Seymour Kneitel, Izzy Sparber, and Sam Buchwald (Associate Producer).  Based on the Little Lulu comic strip by Marge in the Saturday Evening Post.  Story by Carl Meyer and Joe Stultz.  Scenics by Robert Connavale.  Animation by George Germanetti, Bill Hudson, and Steve Muffati.  Voices by Jackson Beck (Lulu’s Father, Giant) and Mae Questel (Little Lulu).  Original Music and Musical Arrangement by Winston Sharples with additional music composed by Sammy Timberg.

I am a host of Late Late Night FDL music and cartoon posts in addition to spending most evenings behind the FDL backstage curtain flipping levers. Retired from the Fremont (California) Police Department after 24 years of sworn and non-sworn duties, including Patrol and the Crimes Against Persons Unit. Currently living on the North Oregon Coast with Token, cutest dog in the world (10 lb category), where I enjoy taking non-crime scene photographs, writing at my own blog, TwoTonGreenBlog, and working backstage at Firedoglake.
