Rand Paul sees 25 car pile up and promptly blames it on government speed limits.

"You see if people didn’t have speed limits, they would be much safer drivers. When people know there are speed limits, they are lulled into a false sense of security, and they drive less safe, and create more accidents.

It is just another example of Government telling people what to do in thier property. No where in the Constitution does it say that the Government can set speed limits in your automobiles."
