I’d read a post on the situ. in Russia and how we might expect it it to affect cooperation with West on CT, Iran, other items. …don’t know if you’re the guy to write that post or not, but I’d read it.
Honesty compels me to say that I’m not the guy to write that post. But I can say that I’ve been talking to administration sources for days about New START and Iran and related issues and I have yet to hear anyone suggest that the disgusting terrorist attack on the Moscow subway system — and now in the north Caucasus — will impact any item on the bilateral agenda. I am not a guy who spends a lot of time reporting on either Russia or Russia policy, so take that for what it’s worth. This is entirely Washington-based and, full disclosure, half-assed and inferential.
Would you like a similar question answered? Or quasi-answered? Why not tweet one to @attackerman? I suppose you could leave one in comments as well, but this way is more fun.
