Glenn Beck Fans: Towed Away

Sales of tin foil are in the rise in Florida where 53 Glenn Beck fans got their cars towed from a fraternity parking lot on the University of Central Florida campus during the neocon rabble rouser’s lecture there. Beck fan Mike Vedder who had to pay $125 to get his car out of impound thinks they were set up:

Maybe the have a deal with the tow truck company or maybe they got kickbacks. under the table.

Others who fell victim to the what appears to be a prank said that

event parking signs directed them to a lot, but more than 50 cars in that lot were towed. People said those signs and their cars were gone when they got back.

The tow truck company made $6,600 in impound fees. No word what UCF charged for tickets to the Beck fest, or what the moran-mongering talk show host was paid for his appearance.
