Well, after a quick skim, I’m all in favor of getting rid of the individual mandate. The lawsuit also picks on the unfunded mandate of medicare expansion on already struggling and bankrupt states.

Here’s what I want: I hope they win in getting rid of the individual mandate. I don’t really have a position on the unfunded mandate argument. It just seems like that’s a loser considering "No Child Left Behind" is the law of the land.

Worst thing that could happen and that dirty fucking hippies should fear the most: The mandate is upheld and the unfunded mandate isn’t. So, that’s probably what’s going to happen.

Why do the republicans have a chance? Because one of the calculations of the conservadem elite is that we give Republicans the courts. Rich people like that apparently. Not a good strategy but, hey, nobody likes us anyway. We’re DFHs.
