I didn't see this posted anywhere so I figured I would write a short diary)

…..what you may be asking yourself? What did we know was bound to happen. Some religious groups are calling for Chief Judge Walker of the Northern California District Court to recuse himself.

Why do they want him to recuse himself? Because he's gay of course. According to Matt Barber, Judge Walker apparently displayed “bizarre behavior.”  “The revelation that Judge Walker apparently chooses to engage in homosexual conduct, if true, would explain much of his bizarre behavior throughout this trial,”

Is anyone else asking themselves that if this were the qualifications to get a judge thrown off a case, then shouldn't we be requesting ALL heterosexual judges to recuse themselves from heterosexual divorces? Or all male heterosexual judges from presiding over any divorce that has a heterosexual male involved? After all, they are going to be able to rule in an unbiased fashion, right?
