Former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay–the first congressional leader to be ever be indicted, in this case for criminal charges that he had conspired to violate campaign finance laws–will be using his slick side-stepping on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars.

The scandal-ridden Republican and hard core Christian fundamentalist who will be part of the show’s ninth season once said:

John McCain has done more to hurt the Republican party than any other elected official I know of.

His own appearance on DWTS could cause Tom to revise that statement. DeLay doesn’t stand a chance against the likes of Donnie Osmond, Debi Mazar, Kelly Osbourne, Aaron Carter or Kathy Ireland. Heck, Shannen Doherty’s ex-husband Ashley Hamilton has way smoother moves. Expect an epic fail.
