President Obama is holding a town hall discussion on health care reform in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

Teabaggers have been protesting outside Portsmouth High School since dawn.

"I think this is about power, not health care," Susan Fusco, 71, said.

Obama was greeted with enthusiastic applause after being introduced by a woman who was refused coverage by insurance companies. "We are going to pass health insurance reform in 2009," the President said.
