Rep. David Dreier of California.

Rep. Dreier, a Republican, voted for ENDA in 07. According to Wikipedia, there has been some controversy about his sexual orientation, particularly since he opposed the hate crimes bill. Nonetheless he seems disposed to vote in favor of ENDA, though he hasn't come out for it yet. Ahem.
