This is an envelope containing information on a Freedom of Information Act request I filed with the CIA about all contracts CIA signed with "enhanced interrogation" partners Mitchell Jessen & Associates. As you can see, the information in that letter is so potentially injurious to national security that CIA could not possibly seal it closed with scotch tape. You’ll be no doubt shocked to learn my request for obtaining the contracts with the firm during the September 2001-May 2009 time period was rejected.
