CELEBRATE!You Did It!!!

GRITtv had a matching grant to meet before Midnight, Sunday, July 5.

We needed to raise $5,000, in order to claim a matching grant of $75,000.

Cutting to the chase — in response to our pitch — 120 viewers contributed $5,713 in just four days!

We made our match — and truly, we’re celebrating!!!

Thank you, Jane. Thank you, FiredogLakers (especially all those of you who had problems with Paypal but persisted and found a way.) Thank you Jenn Pozner of Women in Media and News too.

For anyone who’s feeling left out. It’s never too late– you can still contribute to GRITtv online or send a check, made out to GRITtv to GRITtv, 641 6th Avenue, 4th Floor, NY, NY 10011.

Congratulations all. What a way to celebrate Independence.

From the bottom of our Gritty hearts, THANK YOU
