Middle-school girl strip searched for Ibuprofen (!) on the apparently false witness of another student.  None was found, but that wasn't the aim of the complaint.

Supreme Court voted 8 – 1 that search was illegal.  (Et tu, Antonin?)  Lone dissenter was his usual silent sidekick, Clarence Thomas.

AZ has some interesting laws, policies, politicians and criminals (sometimes a redundancy).  The Federal courts seem to see a lot of us.
