I would like to see a grassroots approach to the DNC and President Obama's milquetoast and often off-putting approach to DOMA, DADT and the unequal stations to which LGBT citizens are consigned in this country. 

I would like to see potential donors  to the DNC (and the HRC, it's apparent lackey) send promissory notes to these organizations.  They should spell out how much money they would give them IF and ONLY IF the “fierce advocacy” promised us in 2008 is carried out for real.

Of course, allies are more than welcome to join us!  LGBT friendly individuals and groups can make it clear abundantly clear what their feelings are about the equality of LGBT people – citizens! -under the law.

But for this to work, our promises must be followed through on.
