Jack Bauer: Beerboards Self, Headboards Designer.

jackbauer-tm.thumbnail.jpgTorture is bad. And it has far reaching repercussions for both the victim and the torturer, as TV’s intensest interrogator Jack Bauer discovered once again last night. Keifer Sutherland–the actor who plays super spy Bauer–has been apparently been drowning his shame and anguish over the pain and suffering he inflicts weekly on the minions of the Evil Empire as the star of 24. Sutherland just finished a seven-week sentence for his second DUI and then last night, the apparently drunken actor headbutted a fashion designer.

Sutherland was reportedly chatting with fellow thespian Brooke Shields when Proenza Schouler women’s wear designer Jack McCollough interrupted them. McCullough reportedly told the cops that

Sutherland "was drunk and obnoxious and wouldn’t back down or be logical," and that the actor "pulled this stupid wrestling move like a teenager" before the headbutt.

Since 24 has been prescient in the past (an African America president, torture!) expect to see more torturers displaying PTSD–but ya know, they’re still getting off easier than their victims.
