56b1_1.thumbnail.JPGHugh Hefner is selling the Playboy Mansion-adjacent mansion where his wife Kimberley and two kids live, asking price $27, 995,000. Their sons, in now in their late teens were raised there, but are now heading off to college. 

So is the 7,300 square foot two story Tudor style house "too big," or are Hef’s expenses too high? Maybe the latter, since Hef has stopped throwing his infamous parties and has now made the Playboy Mansion with its zoo and bio-hazard grotto available to rent for private events.
