Maybe Rachel’s opinion of what the words Never, Legitimate or Government mean is different that what I think they mean, but I disagree.Take for instance the years 1933-1973, during which King Zahir Shah reigned and the government was a Constitutional Monarchy with Parliament, voting and established relationships within the International Community.
