Some stories just keep getting better.  That certainly is the case with Ted Haggard.  Via JoeMyGod, it is now known that a couple of years ago, little meth hoppin, gay ho seein Ted also had an ongoing relationship with a boy toy.

Haggard's New Life Church paid for the kid's silence by paying for counseling and college.  The kid is now coming forward.  The church which would have standing to sue for breach of contract has decided not to, as it would shed more negative light on the church.

Brady Boyd, who succeeded Haggard as senior pastor of the 10,000-member New Life Church in Colorado Springs, told the Associated Press that the man came forward to church officials in late 2006 shortly after a Denver male prostitute claimed to have had a three-year cash-for-sex relationship with Haggard.

Boyd said an “overwhelming pool of evidence” pointed to an “inappropriate, consensual sexual relationship” that “went on for a long period of time … it wasn't a one-time act.” Boyd said the man was in his early 20s at the time. He said he was certain the man was of legal age when it began.

 The young man decided to come forward after hearing about Ted's upcoming feature on HBO, The Trials of Ted Haggard.  He felt the feature cast former Pastor Ted as too much of a victim.  Much as Larry “Wide Stance” Craig…the story just can't stop.
