The latest Ipsos/McClatchy poll shows Obama beating McCain nationwide by seven points. The poll points to economic fears and lack of confidence in Palin, godbless her, as the key contributing factors.
While I am pleased with the poll numbers, and am happy that Obama still has the momentum, I am troubled that so many people are willing to hand over the White House keys to Grandpa McSame and the Winking Hockeymom.
Poll results:
- Obama 47%
- McCain 40%
- Nader 3%
- Barr 1%
The poll has a margin of error of +/- 3.3%
