Classic Joni Mitchell performance of Chelsea Morning. Enjoy!

We’ve got some company this weekend — our nephew is in for a visit — so we’re having some apple coffee cake and doing a bit of catching up.

It’s funny to see how much he’s grown.  And watching him interact with The Peanut, who has grown a lot since the last time he saw her as well.

Sitting here remembering when he was the ring bearer in our wedding, more than 15 years ago now, as a tiny little boy of two, wearing his little tuxedo, helping him tuck in his big boy white shirt right before he walked down the aisle…wearing his little sandals because he wouldn’t wear his dress shoes.  And now looking at the more than six feet tall of him.

Time flies.

So, with that in mind, let’s all just sit back and enjoy each other’s company this morning.  What have you been doing for fun and laughter lately? What have you been listening to lately to bring a smile to your face?  Any good news?  Do tell.  Pull up a chair…
