Old story with a new detail: Albert Gonzales’ hand-picked personnel chief, senior counsel Monica Goodling, graduate of Liberty University Law School, had been known to ask illegal screening questions of   lawyer applicants, and to screen out all Democrats.

Lawyers ALREADY working in Justice prior to Gonzales/ Goodling were not exempt either. Apparently a  Republican woman lawyer was “RUMORED to be gay”, and despite outstanding recent evaluation, was fired (non-renewal of contract). Before she was fired, she was taken off one of her areas of expertise, child abuse.
