I am steamin mad this morning! I open up my reader, and I see some one writing that Lambda Legal is lying about whether gender identity is needed in ENDA to protect gay people.  He has no evidence for his claims, and obviously has not read the case law, which makes it easy to refute.  But he gets to post his big lie on THE VOLOKH CONSPIRACY and I get to post my demolition of his argument on my little blog.  Now all these lawyers out there think ENDA is fine without gender identity.  My post is here:  http://transworkplace.blogspot.com/2007/10/volokh-conspiracy-gets-it-wrong.html
