He is miffed at the Broward NAACP's condemnation of his new best friend — anti-gay, homosex-obsessed Fort Lauderdale Mayor Jim Naugle. Guice is also calling for a ''spiritual revival'' to “transform Fort Lauderdale and Broward County into the Bible Belt of South Florida.''
