LOGO screens new doc on gay kids at Christian summer camp

Again, I can’t get LOGO down here in Durham, so I’ll have to watch online (damn you, Time Warner). The network will have a podcast available…

Oh God, I’m Gay! will launch July 28, 2007, and will be available at LOGOonline.com, ohgodimgay.com, and on iTunes. Subsequent episodes will be available on alternating Fridays.  The launch is timed in conjunction with the Logo premiere of the documentary Camp Out, which follows the story of a group of gay Christian teens at a summer camp. Camp Out airs on Logo at 9:00 PM ET/PT on July 28.

The launch of Oh God, I’m Gay! will feature the first two episodes in the 13-part series, and will begin with an introduction by producer and host Alicia Ross. Episode 1 profiles Tom Kam, Senior Fellow of Religion & Values Program at the Arcus Foundation.  The second episode in the series will feature Camp Out director and co-producer, Larry Grimaldi.

You can catch a trailer of the doc here.
