I’ve noticed I’m suddenly developing fashion sense, and it worries me that I might have one more thing to hide from my family until I get a chance to move out of here.The other day I saw my dad leaving the house in these brown boot like shoes, while wearing blue jean shorts, and I stopped him.

“You can’t wear those shoes with shorts”

“But I like them, their comfortable!”

“You look ridiculous!”

And then he just gave me this look, like he was thinking, ‘Is he turning gay?’. And I was all worried and have decided to not comment on his fashion anymore.

But, for the record, he still looks ridiculous!

On a side note, it looks like this new job is stable and pays well enough that I might be able to move out of here by January or so.
