Sunday Talking Head Thread

greenheron.jpgHere’s the Sunday Talking Head line-up.  Read it and weep:  (partially via the AZDailyStar)

C-Span’s Washington Journal:  7:45am – Matthew Continetti, Weekly Standard, Associate Editor; 8:30am – Newspaper Articles & Viewer Calls; 9am – Stephen Cohen, Brookings Institution, Senior Fellow-Foreign Policy Program | Op-ed: “The Pakistan Time Bomb”; 9:30am – Greg Priddy, Eurasia Group, Global Energy Analyst.

ABC’s “This Week” — Reps. John Conyers, D-Mich., and Ron Paul, R-Texas; former Sen. Mike Gravel, D-Alaska.

CBS’ “Face the Nation” — Sens. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., and Orrin Hatch, R-Utah.

NBC’s “Meet the Press” — Sen. Chuck Hagel, R-Neb.

CNN’s “Late Edition” — Iraqi national security adviser Mowaffak al-Rubaie; Sens. Arlen Specter, R-Pa., Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., and Richard Lugar, R-Ind.

“Fox News Sunday” — Reps. Chris Van Hollen, D-Md., Chris Cannon, R-Utah, and Peter Hoekstra, R-Mich.

Wonder if there will be any questions about President Bush’s obstruction of justice maneuver with the Libby commutation?  If nothing else, I am looking forward to the Sen. Pat Leahy interview.  And if Sen. Hegel has the bulk of MtP, I have a feeling he’s planning on making a little headline use of it

Today’s photo is a green heron, courtesy of Julie’s Magic Light Show.  I loved this shot, and thought you all would enjoy it, too.  Bob Geiger has some great weekend cartoons for everyone — do not miss the Handelsman animation.

What is catching your eye on the blogs or in the news this morning?

NOTE:  We are having a server issue again this morning — we’re definitely aware of it, and will let everyone know as soon as it is fixed.  Sorry for the inconvenience — it is causing problems with comments.
