No ruling on SSM in NY court
365gay reports that there will be a ruling, but not today.
The Court of Appeals, the highest court in New York State, failed Wednesday to issue its widely expected ruling on same-sex marriage.
The court issued decisions in a number of cases on Wednesday, and several other rulings are expected on Thursday. The gay marriage decision could come then, or the court could wait until later in the summer. The ruling will definitely come before Labor Day lawyers in the case say.
